• What is a Personal Chef Service?
  A Personal Chef is someone who prepares healthy, delicious, and nutritious meals based on your personal taste. We do all the planning, shopping, cooking, and packaging. Meals are stored in your refrigerator or freezer and come with instructions for reheating. You enjoy the convenience of having delicious meals prepared and ready for you in your home when you want them.
   
• What are the benefits of having a Personal Chef?
  In addition to having delicious meals prepared and ready for you, I do the grocery shopping, selecting the freshest ingredients for your meals. Think of the time and gas you will save not having to go to the grocery store. No more hunting for a parking spot, standing in line, or wandering the aisles wondering what to buy. Think of the time you will save not having to prepare your meals. No need to drive out and grab fast food. No more waiting in a restaraunt when you really want to be doing something else.
   
• How does it work?
  We schedule an initial consultation to evaluate your specific dietary needs, taste preferences and how often you'd like me to cook for you. You then get to place your order from my current menu and reserve your cook day(s).

• How much does the Service Cost?
  Prices vary depending on your specific needs. Please contact Chef Chris for a personalized quote.
   
• What areas do you cover?
  I am centrally located in Sacramento and serve the Sacramento, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Roseville, and Rocklin areas. I am willing to travel further but will charge extra for travel expenses.

• Are the meals frozen?
  This will depend on your menu choices. Some foods are more freezer-friendly than others.
   
• Do I have to supply any cookware or containers?
  No. This is included as part of my service.
